Picksit...Thanks again for the reply...That is great information to have. Yes, I have been watching mortgage rates. I currently have a 1 yr ARM that I got about 6 years ago. My current rate is 3.85% & adjusts in August. It will go up the maximum (1% pt) to 4.85%. I currently have my house "for sale" & am looking to get another one at a fixed rate. I'm seriously thinking about pulling the trigger on some NFI & buying some more NEOM, but I would like to wait for a little dip in NEOM. Will it happen??? Doesn't look like it right now.
