LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla., April 13, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CapTech Financial Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTFG) announced today that its majority shareholder, Theodore R. Molinari, has agreed to retire 87,000,000 shares of his personal CTFG common stock.
CapTech Financial Group, Inc. Board of Directors has agreed to retire the CTFG shares to the treasury and issue Mr. Molinari a class of preferred stock with majority voting rights. The retirement of the stock should occur within the next month.
