Carmax only started with 1 dealership for several years, EVCARCO looks 4x as aggresive and wants them all up soon, maybe build 1 per quarter...wow! I think this is what Fringe had in his DD, he said 4-month aggressive build out, likely he meant EVCARCO is going to build 4 in the first year here...

I think the goal is to have four in the next 12 months. Probably selected by caliber of candidate and location

Hey Jack, I hope all is well. Was wondering what info you have on how EVCA selected the cities for its 13 "coming soon" dealerships? Is it based on those states/cities giving better incentives for EV/hybrids? What's the deal?
