They are taking a HUge risk here! If someone wants a hostile takeover, they would invest $2M to gain 20B in shares, sh*t just $200K to gain the upperhand at owning $2B and then they can make the decision of what to do with the GOLD! if they believe that PRMO has more than $3M in gold. I would! go ahead someone mortgage a home loan and put our PPS to the Moon , lol.
