Picksit...Good to talk to another NFI shareholder...Don't have a whole lot of it, but I agree with you that the rising interest rates are going to have a negative impact on it eventually. I don't think that it will actually happen for another year or so though, but here's the wildcard: You can't tell how Wall Street is going to react (will it be sooner rather than later). I think I might sell some NFI here shortly & hopefully get some more NEOM on the usual lunchtime dip. Thanks for reply....
