It's obvious Val and OTOW are a clean forthright company, the FCC can't approve everything they want to do fast enough! That means they have presented a cohesive plan with verified financial stability. Just give it a few weeks and O2 commercial customers will be screaming for space on their repeater towers. You wouldn't believe how little frequency bandwidth is available.

O2 OTOW is poised to strike, and strike big time.
