Can someone explain to me what is happening with OTOW's drop? I bought in at .2 and out of all my OTC's this is by far my worse performing and this is the one that I thought had the most potential. I'm obviously not selling, just trying to understand why the price is dropping so bad with good pr this week and a strong outlook. (I'm new to OTC stocks, about two weeks)
