Not true...

If the shares are held in street name (Cede & Co.) they would be
counted as one shareholder of the 2032. With the distrubtion of
the USCA dividend there would be a roundup share for each
shareholder who got a fraction of a share. The number of shares
used for the roundup should be pretty close to the number of
shareholders.
