S4 - I have the same vision. NAK/HDI with all this re-strucring is getting ready for their next move to wake up U5 Resources into a second NAK jackpot with our claims. I strongly feel this will happen.

This is one of the reasons, HDI kept U5 dedicated for LBSR JV. One question to ask, is U5 Resources also tied up with FMM? I don't think so or did they?
