Volume over 300,000 now. Someone's broker that routes orders thru DOMS has lost patience (at exactly the wrong time) & is selling thier stock & getting out. Perfect buying opportunity @ this low PPS. 10K filing is coming and maybe big contract news, so I would advise people to scoop them up before thay are all gone & ask moves back into .04's once DOMS is out of sub .04 shares.
