Good morning everyone...I see we have a pretty damn stable area of 27 to 28 and looking fantastic with no news so far besides Wednesday.
Wishful thinking, but imagine if they somehow did a massive share buyback...would be awesome, but ya...land deal should be progressing quite nicely and news should be out pretty damn soon.
Seeing as it is a Friday, there is always a possibility for news today for investors to browse over the weekend, but not gonna make any predictions, because that is just what they are.
Good luck everyone and if you got the money, might as well load 'em up today while we are in the stable range getting ready for the massive uptick.
