regarding your question:FHH Sino New Energy.

In fact New Energy is issued by US as next technical advance direction. In China new energy is only a concept which is used to apply for fianacial & political support from government, I donnot believe FHH Sino has new energy technology,it's used only to satisfy government just like US president campaign to satisfy voters. I will ignore New Energy. To clarify and share with you guys : ) ,what I focus on following, sorry I cannot tell you my conclusion.

1, What is FHH sino? detail information like location,business range etc.
2, who is Peter Wang? Is he Chinese,American,Canadian or other nationality?
3, Is peter wang the first owner or second owner of FHH sino?If he is second,who Is the first?
4, what relationship between peter wang and KY? Friends,partner,boss & employee?
5, KY lost credit cause last fail merge and dilution.why it failed? KY benifits from that fail? as i Know share price didnot rise at that time.
