What is the plan for the additional A/S? Specifically, is there a set plan and/or timeline to add these shares to the O/S? If there is a plan to add these shares to the O/S, what will the additional funds be used for and how does the company plan to increase shareholder value (especially for the current shareholders) to offset the additional shares?
