HTEC, Super Low Float, Sub-penny, Everyone has the chance to get in at the same time without a gap up or shares being dumped on your head, It is trending up, Look at the chart... Want to get in before the crowd well there it is... Later on don't say i didn't tell ya so, Volume will move it north, quick.
