Just got an email back from Toby Durrant that I sent last night! I had asked about what form of communication us shareholders should look for in regards to the merger (ie, detailed PR or build up of SEC filings, etc).

"...we at 3 Power fully appreciate the need for effective communication with our shareholders and therefore plan to appoint a professional firm to handle our on-going requirements."
