Absolutely! Can't over-emphasize the buyout possibility has NOW BEEN OFFICIALLY PUT IN PLAY. That was always something I personally believed (reading those tea leaves), but this is the first time IFXY has even hinted at such a thing.

When that deal is eventually made and terms are known, the stock will instantaneously fill the gap between current price and PPS of the deal. There will will be no "coming back to fill the gap", no "I'll buy some tomorrow", no ability to even chase it and try to catch a day trade. IMO anyone would be crazy to sell this stock now that buyouts are on the table.
