My understanding is that there is some sort of filing that needs to take place, but I am not certain of that. What I am certain of is that the transfer agent needs to take action on their end and sort those shares into the proper place, and provide verbal validation to anyone seeking information about those retired shares.

That's where my problem exists. When you call the T/A, they appear to be gagged. So what evidence do we have that those 650mm shares were in fact retired aside from a PR stating so?

I need validation from the T/A as this is the only known avenue where such validation can be had, and they are not releasing any information about the company.
