that's what i don't get. troy could have raised a LOT more money if he had let the good news take the pps up. he could have sold his shares at, say, .01. THEN increase the A/S if he really wanted to screw us all. he either has something bigger brewing or he's just really that dumb. with his many accomplishments throughout his life, i just can't believe that it's the latter.
