Master club members were allowed a maximum of 10 if they placed thier order before Jan 31/11.....I kind of had to rush it a bit cause I just got the invitation on Jan30/11.....that was most likely the case for all MCM's so they could prevent to many from getting 10 and have them spread around to more buyers as commemorative coins...they were not released in circulation, all the mintage has to be purchased from the mint, even though they have a face value and can be circulated....something along the lines of a silver proof state quarter...in fact they are about the same size as a state quarter....as you know I am a huge fan of the silver state quarters.....some of them are really pretty and it is nice for me to look at different designs on the coins....I even save all the regulars state quarters I come across when I visit the US....makes it fun to look through your change and see different things instaed of the same thing all the time.....Canada has many different coins now as well, although much of it had to do with the Olympics.....
