The fun thing about this stock is we have the "when" for next PR...

~ we know before end of first quarter, but could be tomorrow... and now it becomes a risk for most to miss the train if they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

~ When next PR comes with land deals or 8k... this will blow up! The last pr sent us from .002 to .0027 in about an hour. Imagine what a finalization of 600million + land deal will do? Then another PR about uplisting! CHHA CHHAA CHOOO CHOOOOOOOO!
