the 13 "coming soon" dealerships which will be the first coast to coast alternative energy car group, someone has to do it first, and its EVCARCO, which come to find out, with financing will be built in an agressive 4 month plan and stocked with every type of used hybrid as a superstore. EVCARCO will happen to be selling some EV, at 7500 off and on sale for the next 4 years thanks to the government.
