Shareholders of record are just that: the recorded shareholders. The people who actually buy and hold the stocks, like ETrade, Ameritrade, Scott Trade, etc. They buy the stocks on our behalf and are the 'registered owners' (my term) of the stock. They simply attribute it to you when you go to look at your account. As more trading peoples have opened shop, I'm a little surprised that there's no change in this number. But, maybe there's no interest in RELM by users of the new services. /shrug. All things considered I see no real evidence for foul play/error here.
