Cassandra: If there is an investigation, the SEC will follow the money ! And the last months both MMUH and CLDR has madly diluted and raised lots of money through 504 and Debt Conversion.

So the key question is : Where did all this money go?

If the SEC find any violations, that's the focus they will be looking at, as well as looking at the process of financing.

And it makes no difference where Lovatt or Jenkins live. The SEC can make their lives very difficult.

IMHO, i believe that Lovatt and Jenkins has siphoned off large amounts of shareholders money , in to their pockets.

Thats why their financials disclosures have been minimal and pathetic.
