Actually, I doubt that. As that (old) article pointed out, FINRA was interested in selling off the OTCBB for the exact same reason they sold NASDAQ - it conflicts with their regulator duties. Since that article was published, the OTCBB has been sold to Rodman and Renshaw. The sale is expected to close soon. Once it does, I expect they will look to recapture many of those listing and modernize the OTCBB.

Rodman is much larger and connected than Pink Sheets OTC. And more respected.
