We don't really know who is part of the new company, do we? Apart from the CEO and one director. You honestly believe DuFort is no longer involved? He could be being paid as a consultant for all we know, or has a high level management position as head of the petroleum shipments to secluded caribbean island division.

I'm still seeing his impact on the style of the pr's (they don't say much, just like the ones he used to issue), the little interviews (which don't say anything tangible) and the promises that never get delivered. I'm waiting to be proven wrong by the new guy.
