In the previous sentence the words 'hopes' and 'soon' are variables and should be reviewed in the same way that those very same words were used by the company when refering to the uplist. Both 'hopes' and 'soon' were used in that instance also, we can take our cue from that event to extract the intended meaning of those words now.
