I'm betting it's a figment of Troy's imagination. The same imagination and brain that thought it would be OK to double the Authorized Shares. Geeziz Krist man... Maybe authorize another BILLION (which in itself is a joke), but another 5 BILLION?? Seems a bit too much to me.
