10-k is due 3/31, so it will likely be able to be viewed by us, the shareholders, 3 days later...or 4/4 or 4/5. 4/19 is two weeks after that, so we'll have to assume that the day it's released we'll be sending mass amounts of questions to Laura and Mike. They will need to decifer the emails, determine which ones to answer, determine how to side-step the issues at hand in our questions IF they choose one of those questions to actually answer, script it, run it by the lawyers, run it by YA, practice it and then GO-LIVE on 4/19.
