In theory, yes the value does not change. I am out of this position and don't think I am bashing now.

The problem here could be the A/S 200 million after the R/S. O/S will be only 10 million. So the company can dump more shares after 1 month of R/S. So IMO best period to trade this stock will be between R/S and 1 month time from R/S.

I see something like TTDZ run coming after the R/S. Good luck all.
