EVCA went from .01 to .11, now its ready for .024 to .24...no doubt about it in my mind. EVCA is working on major PR, I have about 20 emails with Jack Eversull this week and 4 with Scott O Neal the COO, multiple PRs on the way according to them, just email them if you don't believe me.
