Chat with Rite Aid

Before posting how my chat session with Rite Aid went, I'd just like to let ESJ2007 and all other members on this board who are from Outside the US know that you can call anywhere in the US for free if you have gmail you can use the new google voice feature and call numbers from there and avoid all long distance charges, I've been doing that here from Canada not sure if it work in other countries.

Now back on topic, I like you have just spoke to Rite Aid via chat, and that specific department didn't seem to know anything about it but said they would forward this to the correct department.

Also I'd appreciate it if anyone living close to a Rite Aid deal could speak with Management regarding this.

A summary of the conversation is:
I'm not sure about this I will send this to the correct department and you can follow up with us tomorrow or monday

Unfortunately I assumed like all other chat services, they would email you a transcript and ended up closing the conversation. However that didn't happen so I'm unable to copy/paste it.
