My "opinion" on what the SEC should do.....

If CMKX is not revoked or given more time to file there will be dancing in the streets and people will proclaim "we have won" and IMO there will be a flurry of new buying (although the price probably won't move) and a new potential of more and more people getting stuck or those who are already stuck will sink even deeper.

I don't think the SEC wants to see more people plucking down more money on a pink sheet stock that doesn't have much of a track record.

If the lawyers do present a case and somehow convince the court that CMKX will catch up on the old filings I think that the most responsible thing for the courts to do would be to set a time frame and suspend the stock from trading until that date. If the filings are brought up to date.....the suspension is lifted. If not, revocation.

The SEC is supposed to protect the investors. They have halted the stock for two weeks and now have the threat of revocation hanging over CMKX's head yet from reading the boards, people continue to buy.

You can't protect everyone, so why not protect future buyers.

I'm going to bed now so I will read the dissenting opinions in the morning.
