I understand what you are saying.I do not think that Dror was with HSC* when the deal with Nexphase was made. (August) I think that Dror left HSC* in April. Look, I am uncomfortable playing an apologist for any of these guys. Nonetheless I am just saying that I understand that until I have walked a mile in the other guys shoes...I am guessing that Cooper was being cautious...like I said, Cooper was probably in the middle of his deal and did not know who he was speaking with when you called.

Remember, Dror just bought the company in December (November?). I think that we are just at the beginning...his old company, HSC* went to over a dollar with him in charge...this company looks like it has more legs than HSC* ever had...

In any event I have no problem being the little fish on the back of the big fish... I still see this as a strong buy...if their patents are worth over 16 million, someone has some money in this deal. Like I said, it smacks of a giant long in the making... we will see.
