I'm disappointed as most are and exchanged several emails with Troy prior to his lengthy investor response. Someone commented here that this increase in A/S is a credit line and I agree. Its like we all forgot the plans to expand into multiple platforms and add new products. This company has made huge strides the last 6 months and had its 1st profitable quarter....hopefully the current quarted will be the 2nd. They added Cloud9 and myPraize and strenthened their relationship with Walmart and added others.
This is the beginning... not the end.

I ask Troy to sell us on the need to increase the A/S. He replied he would consider posting as he spends.... thats not dilution !
