Sorry sublime. I am not bagging on you. I'm just frustrated with the question. The shark/fish is obviously creating doubts. Call David or Mark. They will assure you there is NO GAG ORDER. The transfer agent tells callers to call the company because the company is in a better position to tell what the correct amount is. For example. The OS is 168 million. On Monday, hypothetically, MSEP could have signed Elvis to a contract. They may have paid him 10 million shares. Those shares have not been issues yet and the TA would not know about them. The company would though. Call MSEOP and they will tell you how many OS shares there are.
