Their assumption is correct. We do want to own the First Dealerships (Flagship Dealerships) as well as expand through Franchising our business model.
We need capital to fully accomplish our visions of building/developing our Flagship Dealership but we feel we have laid the ground work to achieve this.
We want to work with Franchisees as well as Master Franchisees and develop the right strategic partners at the same time.
We have been talking with a few different groups that want to buy Master Franchise Territory Rights but nothing is solidified at this time.
