Doc, I was really surprised to see the R/S in the PRE14A. Management at RPC is fully aware of how a stock is manipulated so they would have know the shareholder reaction to even the mention of a R/S right now.

IMO, the current reasons they gave in the filing for a R/S would not be sufficient to have a successful vote outcome and they would know that also.

They also know this PRE14A is probably going to take a couple of shots back and forth with the SEC and if the meeting they have with the AMEX in March requires a higher share price, then the basis is already laid with the SEC to include it in the final agenda, otherwise the meeting will not be held by the end of April deadline and lender penalties will ensue.

If the meeting with the AMEX indicates they will not need the R/S or if the share price is high enough from other PR hype, they may drop the R/S from the agenda entirely.

BTW Doc, I truly do not believe there will ever be enough orders of Onko Sure to make this company successful. If they make it, it will have to be some other route.

Also, the Vet stuff is just all shareholder hype. No Vet is going to use a test that a medical doctor does not use. Look at BioCurex with their universal cancer marker. They have hyped their dog test for a couple of years, made a big noise for the launch over a year ago and zippo sales. That is ZERO revenue.

When I look at both tests, the BioCurex test has less issues with specificity than Onko Sure and if it was a horse race with all the universal markers attempting market, Onko Sure would be dead last. I am not kidding doc. That is my conclusion from all the data I have read.

I think the best option lies in therapy monitoring for a universal marker, not diagnostics. As a diagnostic, they are doomed to failure.
