No,for sure they're not the one that control the company. Mr.Jim Booth is the President and Chairman of Softnet Technology (based on zoominfo, contact update on 12/15.10 and also on ashleylaurenfoundation.org, is the same update regarding Mr. Jim Booth)

You haven't read much about this...I did my DD on tis one in and out....

They stop communication after this PR http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=158071

That contract is worth $$$$. I don't believe they trash it..I think they need money to move on with the project (an if you read the last filling ...they could get this money from at least 4 funds if they would pay 0.029-0.06/share....and if they issued up to 350 million (they max out A/S last year based on the last count from transfer agent) ..."They" are the owners the one that control the company...they make the call...

In the past Sofn had strong relationship with T-Mobile 'cause Inspara (who worked on Inspara before???..do your dd)

"They supply high-end consulting to such companies as Tiffany Co., T-Mobil, and other recognizable names. They specialize in providing technology infrastructure services with specific capabilities in Information Security, Network Economics, Internetworking, Network Management, IP Telephony, Storage, Application Performance, and Data Center Migration/Consolidation. Why public company goes private??? Investorpedia got the answer...

Based on what I read..if there is any connections between Sofn and SoftNet Technology Group (we 'll find out one day) is 'cause from public could go pvt. IMO
