According to the promoter, the float can be bigger than the O/S. Just like he told me the O/S can be bigger than the A/S months ago after the previous increase.

So if the float is 3.9billion shares, and preferred/restricted shares exist, then how can the O/S be less than that?

Supposedly the last T/A messed up the #s which is why this happened. Even with messed up numbers, the # of outstanding shares, which is common shares + restricted/preferred shares, would then have to be greater than 3.9billion.

But I guess bringing that up gets you removed permanently from the monkey bars, so I'll be here from now on with all my DD.
