good point, they may have already moved on.

my thinking stems from my own accounts. i have three brokers and i have one with accounts that i only look at when my quarterly statement comes in....mostly dead stocks sitting near the bottom ala VPRO over the past year...stock was virtually bottomed out for a long period with no high expectations. i think there are many still holding from long ago as well that purchased much higher and may have ave down during that period to hold long if they understood the company still had potential.

besides, i have an agenda.lol before considering others, we must look after our own account obviously. my agenda is BUY/HOLD/ACCUMULATE and i won't have more available funds until or about march 8th.....maybe i just want to be right so the pps churns a few weeks. in reality, i do expect it to begin a move north sooner than later and for the many (not nec you) that may be abit uneasy with the drift down after the run up i hope it runs into the green. i will add regardless when funds are available, but my last two opportunities came at a high price.

just once i'd like to be able to add in the o30 to o45 range for selfish reasons i suppose.
