I have no idea. but i tell you truth: most company in china wanna go public cause in that case they assert and property can have chance to be cash. KY would like to see share price up that's why he stay in china to looking fittable company. In KY last fail case that target merger company is not good which located in a very poor county.I believe that fail is KY intended to walk away and give up cause he had a new program.
