ZSTN- that's how I understand it, the device is likely leased with the service similar to the way cable cos lease out set-top boxes as part of their services.

I'm leaving this one alone. I didn't like the way management handled the recent shelf and still don't know what they need that cash for when they have (claim) over $30MM in the bank...
