- thanks for your note and interest in BYSD. FYI we are in the process of restructuring the company and making the necessary filings with the appropriate jurisdictions. We have also re-located our corporate offices to Las Vegas over the past couple of weeks. Accordingly, we have a 10 day quiet period coming up subsequent to our filing with FINRA notifying the public on the details the reverse merger.



We hope to have all of these filings and notifications in place by the end of February at which time you will be completely up to speed. That's really all I am at liberty to share with you until we come out of the mandated quiet periods.
