Personally I think the filing is just jacked up, as it is still full of errors and nothing surprises me when it come to copy and paste, as they just copied Mike Burton into the company descriptions. Just like the nearly billion dollars supposedly in the 504 private placement. Interesting that no terms are listed, just a screwed up figure.
