Under Clark NTRZ went from $4.00 to .05

With Wesley Clark as a board member NutraCea stock went from about $4.00 on May 7, 2007 to .05 in November 09 when he resigned and Chapter 11. His company, Rodman and Renshaw helped with financing and was given a BOD seat even though it was a conflict of interest to shareholders. If you think he will help Torvec, you may be mistaken.

Since we got rid of Clark, the stock has just gone up.

A total waste of your money in my opinion and needless dilution for a name that in my opinion is a negative to most investors who are conservatives.
