Obtain ‘first-call’ rights to a cadre of creative people


Proceeds from the financing will be used primarily to aid the Company in creating, developing, and selling new branded properties. In a similar model to the old United Artists, Stan would have A-list writers, directors and producers available on a first call basis to develop original Stan Lee ideas that are wholly or substantially owned by POW! The cadre of creative people would not be on payroll but would have a personal interest in the company by either owning stock or options in POW! POW! would also have the ability develop new properties by allowing writers whom Stan would supervise and train to write signature style stories to perpetuate Stan’s global brand as well as create more in-depth character and story treatments.
