How can you ask that question?? It has ZERO revenues!! They lost $1.37 per share in 04. I could go on all night. The answer is No, it doesn't "pass the smell test."

The ONLY definition for "value" for this board is if the stock has a PE! That can be determined by either having more earnings than losses in any of the following: Most recent 1 quarter, 2 quarters, 3 quarters or 4 quarters.
