I just got off of the phone with Scottrade's national office since my branch here is Charleston, SC is closed.

Scottrade's national office told me that there is a "pending review" tag on LFBG, but he couldn't find any explanation for this tag.

He further told me that on 1/11/11 of this year Scottrade is showing that LFBG did a reverse split R/S of 3 new shares for 5 old shares.

I told him that I had neither heard of this nor had I been notified by any party, LFBG itself or anyone else, of such a R/S being comtemplated or effect.

He said he had no other information than this.

WTF is going on ???????????????????

Has anybody called LFBG and talked someone - Troy, Terri, etc ??????????????
