Yes, Mexican production was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks from Dec 31st according to the PR, but now they have this horseshoe place and the other PR about Sierra leon..
The recent HUGE officer salary may mean that they are paying someone to do something..
A speculator may give it a chance..
Some risk capital, but he really has not shown any intent to do something of importance..
