Agreed.
I don't feel the market cap can justify a $10.00 price. But I think if they play the PR's right they could get themselves into a buying frenzy. We saw that with GM two weeks prior to the cancellation.

But you are correct BGP has not been in the ten dollar range since Feb 0f 08. They have been declining since 05. But I do think we will see a gap up maybe not $10.00 but up there.
